Designed by Mathias Koester and set within the raw landscape of East Cape, Los Cabos, this brutalist residence is defined by sculptural concrete, monolithic forms, and a powerful dialogue with its surroundings. Light, shadow, and materiality shape each space, creating an architecture that feels both elemental and deeply connected to the desert.
